Author: kruse@nordicglobal.com
Uploader: kruse@nordicglobal.com
Version: 3.0
Type: comm/tcp
Requires: OS 2.04 or higher
Replaces: comm/tcp/Miami21freg000.lha
This archive contains the 68000/68010 version of the
program binary of Miami 3.0. It can be used both by
unregistered and registered users. Miami is an
easy-to-use TCP/IP stack for Internet access or
access to local networks, complete with dialer, PPP,
(C)SLIP and auto-configuration tools. You will also
need other archives -- see below.
Miami can be used with modems, ISDN boards, ISDN
terminal adapters, cable modems, or network boards
(Ethernet/Arcnet).
AmiTCP/IP, ppp.device or cslip.device are NOT
needed for Miami.
Minimum requirements:
- Any Amiga with Kick/WB2.04 or higher
- recommended: MUI 3.8 or higher
Miami 3.0 is distributed across five archives: one main
archive, two archives with program binaries, and two
archives with GUI modules.
- Miami30main.lha: Main archive. *Everybody* needs to
download this archive.
- Miami30-000.lha: Program binary for 68000/010
CPUs.
- Miami30-020.lha: Program binary for 68020/030/040/060
CPUs.
- Miami30MUI.lha: MUI user interface module for Miami.
Requires MUI 3.8 or higher.
- Miami30GTL.lha: GTLayout/GadTools user interface
module for Miami.
You need to download the following archives:
- The main archive
- ONE of the program binary archives (000/010 OR
020/030/040/060)
- AT LEAST ONE of the user interface modules (MUI or
GTLayout or both)
